Team Purpose: Will be determined as a group when all member are present.





Team Process:
Team will try to reach consencus on group discissions.
Tasks will be equally distributed between members and each member will be responsible for completing their task.
Team will follow timeline rigorously.
Team Steps
Mini teams of two will form over the three perspectives (social, academic, business/economic)
Each mini team will research their topic and write a summary which they will bring back to the whole group
The group will come up with the action plan taking points from each perspective into account
Writer will collect these summaries and make a coherent essay
Editor will check paper for errors
Expectations/Rules:
Reply to email at least in 24hrs.
Attend meeting every Monday at 5 pm.
Inform group members as soon as possible if meeting or deadline is going to be missed.
Communicate!
Understand that chaos happens.
Handle conflict openly, directly, and calmly.
Consequences:
Evaluations will be done honestly in regard to contribution.
If a meeting is missed by a member, the member’s voice will not be included in the decision made during the meeting.
Professor will be informed of lack of contribution.
